hmmm... Nice tips... Very much true.... I survived a second crash on the Outer ring road.. this time because of poor friction offered by the road due to road.. and I was not doing defensive riding as said in the video... I always wear helmet and cycling gears with full sleeves, that has helped with nearly zero injuries....ppl reading it... plzzz buy a helmet and wear while you ride. I use a helmet which I bought for Rs.450 at President Cycle shop near Town Hall, Bangalore. - Gautham

Thanks for the video. Very very useful. Though most of new cycles in India have the sounding bell as an accessory, it is better that people riding in Bangalore fit their cycle with one. A couple of more caution points that everyone would agree Avoid listening to music/connect your cell phone through handsfree when you are driving. Never try to overtake Bangalore's BMTC buses. Especially when they are pulling out from bus stops or bus bays. it is always better to follow them. And the golden rule for any city...be wary of Ricks :). I have been bicycling very regularly since 1989.
